the details of design, permits and construction, you have only
one phone call to make, which frees you to run your business.
The second is schedule. Design/Build is a faster process than other
delivery methods since the major players are known up-front and
provides for a more continuous flow of information. Faster

current and historical project costs The Whayland Company develops
an accurate project budget with only preliminary drawings in hand

advances through design, we monitor the budget and "value
engineer" the project as it is developed to assure you that the
design reflects all your requirements at the lowest responsible
cost.
This means no surprises. Unknowns are identified early and
resolved as soon as possible. You don't get down to the end
only to find out the project is over budget nor do you get
inundated with change orders after the construction work starts.
