This 4 story, 101 unit hotel is to be completed in
Spring 2001. This is the first major franchise hotel to
be constructed in Bethany Beach, DE. It features Holiday
Inn Express's state of the art room design and
amenities. The Whayland Company was awarded this project
on a design/build basis
because of our proven track record for delivering on
time and on budget. This is our 3rd major project in as
many years for this customer.

Palencar Warehouse
Rehoboth Beach, DE
This project is part of Popeye's Corporate
Re-imaging program, which includes exterior
updating and some interior modifications to
enhance customer satisfaction. This project
is to be completed August 2000. The Whayland
Company has been awarded additional
re-imaging projects in Easton, MD and
Rehoboth Beach, DE to be completed December
2000.
