Coastal Club Clubhouse

The Coastal Club Clubhouse was built over a three year period by The Whayland Company in cooperation with the developer Ocean Atlantic. This multi-facetted project turned out exquisitely and we were very pleased with the outcome. We first began with the unique pools. Everything about these pools screams "resort living". Some of the notable features of the pools are the swim up seating, beautiful landscaping, infinity edge, fountain play area, pirate ship, and huge waterslide for the kids. The developer wanted to make sure the indoor pool felt connected to the outdoor pool, they decided to incorporation large overhead doors that could be opened to connect the pool decks
Moving on to the clubhouse, where the developer really wanted to build a place that not only welcomed residents but kept them coming back. To do this, we made sure all of the amenities were well built and top of the line. Activities inside included a fitness center, yoga room, and billiards room. We also included two tennis courts, two shuffle board decks, two bocce ball areas and a dog park.
This development was a multi project process that took three years to complete and was extremely fulfilling every step of the way. Everyone we worked with on this multi-stage project did an amazing job and we are proud we had the opportunity to be a part of this great project and community.
