General Contracting

Projects of limited scope, size, and complexity lend themselves best to this type of delivery system. All elements of the work are included in one contract before the work commences. You have little or no input in the selection of subcontractors or suppliers and no direct responsibility to them. General contracts can be priced a number of ways, but the most prevalent is lump sum price where the Owner does not share in any cost savings.
